Using this website

This website helps you explore Fish N Tingz, view the menu and events, request a table, and reach the restaurant. Please use it lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting a request. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, or attempt to interfere with the website or access restricted systems.

Table reservations

A submitted form is a reservation request, not a confirmed booking. Table bookings last at least one hour, with a two-hour dine-in seating limit. Your table is confirmed only after the restaurant contacts you by phone. For changes, cancellations, same-day plans, or groups larger than 20, call (860) 730-4440.

Menu and ordering

Menu prices, ingredients, portions, and availability may change. Your menu picks are a saved browsing list, not a placed or paid order. Ordering is completed through Toast. Review the final items, prices, taxes, fees, fulfillment details, and provider terms before submitting an order.

Questions about an existing order, cancellations, or refunds should be directed to the restaurant or the ordering provider. This website does not process payment or establish a separate refund policy.

Food, drinks, and allergies

Tell the restaurant about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Menu descriptions and images are not a substitute for confirming ingredients with staff. Alcohol is available only to guests of legal drinking age, subject to identification checks and restaurant service policies. Some drinks and towers may be available for dine-in only.

Events and space bookings

Event schedules and availability may change. Completing “Book the venue” reserves the selected available venue time and provides a booking reference. Payment is separate and is not collected on this website. Tour submissions are requests awaiting the team’s confirmation. Legacy Events CT operates the venue below Fish n Tingz as a separate business under the same ownership. Venue rentals last at least one hour. Tours last 30 minutes and are not available on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. Legacy Events CT follows up about pricing, capacity, payment, and rental terms; catering is provided by Fish n Tingz. Any deposit, cancellation, or event-specific conditions must be agreed with the relevant business.

Links to Toast, maps, social media, and other providers take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies. Website features may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Contact the restaurant to confirm information needed for your visit.
